The Harbour School is an academy special school for boys in Ely, Cambridgeshire, for ages 5 to 16. It has special classes, and Ofsted rated the school Requires Improvement in January 2024.

The school says it is part of Meridian Trust and currently caters for boys with Education, Health and Care Plans for social, emotional and mental health needs. It also says it is moving toward primary-only provision, with secondary classes being phased out.
