Fountain Head House School is an independent special school in Cornwall for boys and girls aged 4 to 16, with around 70 pupils. Ofsted rated the school Inadequate in July 2022 and found independent school standards were not all met. An ISI inspection in November 2025 found the standards considered, including safeguarding, were met.
The school describes itself as an independent SEND day school for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans. It says it offers specialist provision for neurodivergent children with autism, communication and interaction needs, sensory processing needs, global developmental delay and related needs.
