Green Meadows Academy is a special academy in Leeds for around 220 boys and girls aged 2 to 19. It has nursery classes, a sixth form and special classes. Ofsted rated the school Good in June 2024.

The school says pupils should have an EHCP and are supported by teachers, learning support staff and pastoral teams including communication and interaction, family support and behaviour roles. It describes learners with a wide range of needs across its primary and secondary schools, with class sizes of 6 to 14 and close work with families.
