Portland School is a mixed special academy in Stoke-on-Trent for pupils aged 3 to 16. It has around 135 pupils, special classes and SEN provision for social, emotional and mental health needs. Ofsted judged the school Inadequate in February 2022.
The school describes itself as a specialist learning community for children and young people with SEMH needs. It says it operates across two sites, with provision shaped for pupils whose needs are externalised at Blythe Bridge and internalised at Trent Vale.
