The Compass School is a special free school in Romford, Havering, for pupils aged 7 to 16. It is a small setting, teaching around 40 pupils, with SEN provision for social, emotional and mental health needs.
The school says it is in its third year as of September 2025 and has expanded into primary classes as well as Year 11. It describes a broad and balanced curriculum, bespoke support for mental health and wellbeing, trauma-informed practice and enrichment beyond classroom learning.
