High Clarence Academy is a sponsor-led primary academy in Middlesbrough, within the Stockton-on-Tees local authority. It teaches around 90 children aged 2 to 11, with nursery classes and on-site support for speech, language and communication needs and other learning difficulties or disabilities.
The school, part of The Enquire Learning Trust, describes partnership with families, governors and the local community, a broad and differentiated curriculum, and values of happiness, resilience, respect, health and ambition. Ofsted rated the school Requires improvement in January 2023, and at Key Stage 2 43% met the expected standard in reading, writing and maths.
