Sky Vale is an independent special school in a rural part of North Somerset near Bristol, taking boys and girls aged 6 to 18, with around 45 places.

The school is run by Five Rivers Child Care, which describes itself as one of the UK's most experienced practitioner-led services for vulnerable children and young people, working with over 100 local authorities across foster care, residential care, education, clinical services and crisis intervention. As a social enterprise, it says it measures success by the impact it has on children's lives rather than profit, reinvesting in people, projects, research and training.
